ВПЛИВ КОМПЛЕКСНОГО МОДИФІКУВАННЯ НА ФОРМУВАННЯ ЗАЛІЗОВМІСНИХ ФАЗ У СПЛАВІ АК8М3

Роботу присвячено дослідженням структурно-фазових характеристик, зокрема модифікуванню залізовмісних фаз у ливарних алюмінієвих сплавах системи Al–Si–Cu після додавання до їх складу мікролегуючих добавок і модифікаторів (Co, Cr, V та Mo) окремо та в різних комбінаціях один з одним. Як модельний сплав для проведення досліджень вибрано поширений комерційний сплав АК8М3 (A380). Показано перспективність використання саме комплексного модифікування, що дає можливість знизити вміст модифікаторів у сплаві до 0,5 % мас. Така концентрація модифікуючих добавок є в 2–3 рази меншою порівняно з аналогічними дослідженнями. Показано, що найкращі показники зерноподрібнення та гомогенізації мікроструктури було досягнуто при модифікуванні сплаву кобальтом, ванадієм і молібденом. Установлено, що молібден ефективніше подрібнює зерно, але робить залізовмісні фази менш компактними та сприяє їх утворенню за первинним механізмом навіть при однокомпонентному модифікуванні. Негативні аспекти впливу молібдену підсилюються при додаванні хрому, але їх нівелює додавання ванадію та кобальту. Модифікування за схемами Co+V, V+Mo, Cr+Co+Mo, V+Co+Mo та Co+Cr+V+Mo показало найвищу ефективність впливу на структурно-фазовий стан сплаву АК8М3. Зокрема, майже повністю нівельовано утворення фаз типу β-Al5FeSi і досягнуто суттєвого подрібнення фаз типу α-AІ15 (Fe,Mn,Ме)3Si2, розміри яких зазвичай не перевищували 10…15 мкм. При збільшенні кількості модифікаторів, особливо ванадію та молібдену, спостерігалось більше ознак утворення залізовмісних фаз за первинним механізмом з одночасним збереженням їх дрібних розмірів. Показано, що варіюючи набір та вміст модифікаторів можна суттєво впливати на структуро- й фазоутворення силумінів системи Al–Si–Cu.
